The Mayor welcomes invitations from all parts of the community, and is delighted to support a wide variety of events.
Owing to the popularity of such invitations, it may not always be possible for the Mayor to accept every invitation.
If the Mayor is able to accept your invitation, you will be asked to complete a more detailed 'mayoral engagement form'.
Please note that, in view of the Mayor’s busy schedule, it is advisable that each invitation is submitted to the Mayor’s Office at least three weeks before the date of the event to avoid disappointment.
