Able Futures
Do you have issues playing on your mind that are affecting how you feel at work?
Able Futures gives you regular time to speak with a mental health specialist about issues that are affecting you at work. You will learn new ways to look after yourself and build resilience so that you feel more able to cope. You will also find the confidence to take practical steps to overcome problems and make adjustments to help your mental health at work.
Able Futures can help with anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, seasonal affective disorder, eating, drinking and more.
Able Futures delivers the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service on behalf of the DWP (Department for Work and Pensions). It is a fully funded service which offers support to manage and improve your mental health at work.

NHS Oldham Talking Therapies
The NHS Oldham Talking Therapies service is for people over the age of 16 years, who are registered with a GP in the Oldham area.
We offer support and treatment for those who are experiencing symptoms such as difficulty sleeping, low mood/depression, stress, worry or anxiety, feelings of hopelessness or panic attacks.
It can also help those dealing with the effects of a long-term health problem or chronic pain, Post Natal Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, phobias, or disordered eating.
With help and support, these feelings and symptoms can be managed, guiding you to a successful recovery.
You can self-refer to this service or be referred by your GP.

SilverCloud Health
SilverCloud is a free, completely confidential internet-based system or platform developed by SilverCloud Health that delivers online therapeutic and psycho-education programs.
There is a variety of programs on offer with information and support for people experiencing problems related to mental health.
The programmes consist of six to seven modules which can be completed at a time and pace most convenient to you.
Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities, applications and quizzes that can be completed as the user moves through the module.
