Supplementary Planning Documents

On behalf of, and in conjunction with, the Places for Everyone (PfE) Plan local planning authorities (Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan), the GMCA is co-ordinating the production of two joint Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs). These are the:

  • Holcroft Moss Planning Obligations SPD
  • South Pennine Moors SPD

These SPDs are being produced to support the implementation of the PfE Plan.

Consultation on the SPDs and supporting documents is taking place from Friday 1st November 2024 to 11.59pm on Thursday 12 December 2024, for a period of 6 weeks
