Your Health Oldham
Oldham’s Health Improvement Service offer is a FREE service for Oldham residents or those registered with an Oldham GP to move more, lose weight, stop smoking and drink less alcohol through:
- Targeted and Specialist Weight Management (BMI 25 + or 23+ for BAME)
- 12 weekly or fortnightly sessions
- Individual support
- Support for children and whole families
- Virtual and face to face group activity & educational sessions
