This programme is designed to help you make simple changes to your diet, your physical activity levels, and your weight management, with the aim of significantly reducing or removing your risk of developing Type 2 diabetes

To be eligible you must:

  • be aged 18 - 79
  • not be pregnant
  • not currently have diabetes

NHS Low Calorie Diet

Provided by Xyla Health and Wellbeing

12-month programme to support adults aged 18-65 living with type 2 diabetes, to lose weight and maintain weight loss to achieve remission of their type 2 diabetes.

It includes initial 12 weeks total diet replacement.

NHS Better Health App

Download the free NHS Weight Loss Plan to help you start healthier eating habits, be more active, and start losing weight.

The plan is broken down into 12 weeks so you can:

  • set weight loss goals
  • use the BMI calculator to customise your plan
  • plan your meals
  • make healthier food choices
  • get more active and burn more calories
  • record your activity and progress

The app makes it easy for you – and can be downloaded via your app store for FREE
