Adventure days and environmental education days
- Coat, hat and gloves (if necessary)
- Lunch and drink (no glass bottles)
- Medication e.g. asthma inhalers, hay fever tablets if necessary
- Outdoor clothing e.g. tracksuit bottoms, sweatshirt, trainers, socks
- Sun hat and sun cream
- Wellingtons (can be provided)
You are welcome to bring a camera (at your own risk!)
Do not bring:
- Electronic games
- Knives
- Large amounts of money
- Phones
Outdoor pursuits
Wear old clothes, but try to avoid cotton (T-shirts, jeans etc) for water activities as it can feel cold when wet.
- Change of clothes (including underwear, footwear)
- Sun hat and sun cream
- Towel
- Warm clothes e.g. gloves, hat, coat
You can borrow specialist equipment for the activity (e.g. waterproofs, walking boots, ruck sacks).
If you want to bring your own equipment, please check with staff first.
Residential courses
- Gloves, scarf, hat (autumn and spring)
- Hairbrush
- Handkerchiefs
- Medication e.g. asthma inhalers, hay fever tablets if necessary
- Pyjamas
- Soap
- Towel and face cloth
- Socks (including thick socks to wear with walking boots if possible)
