We welcome examples of work and education reports being sent by home educating families.
You may wish to provide a summary of your educational philosophy for the next 12 months.
Samples of work completed in the past 12 months can also give a good indication of progress over time, as well as current abilities.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your documents.
