Customer Service Centre- Ground floor Spindles
The Customer Service building will close on Tuesday 24 December 2024 at 4pm and will reopen fully on Thursday 2 January at 9am.

Opening hours:
- Tuesday 24 December: 9am–4pm
- Friday 27 December, Monday 30 December, and Tuesday 31 December: 10am–2pm
- Back to normal from Thursday 2 January 2025

Waste Contact Centre
The Contact Centre will close at 4pm on Tuesday 24 December.
It will reopen on the following days for missed bin reports:
- Friday 27 December: 10am–2pm
- Monday 30 December: 10am–2pm
- Tuesday 31 December: 10am–2pm
However, you can also report these online as normal.
All lines will fully reopen at 9am on Thursday 2 January.
