Description

Caremark provides bespoke support (including personal care if required) to enable children and young people who may have a personal budget or other funding to participate in social activities of their choice.

This enables participants to have fun, make friends, to enjoy a friendly, supportive, safe environment whilst building confidence and developing social and life skills.

Sessions can take place to suit the individual, such as; after school; at weekends and during holidays.

We offer 'Time Out', for a maximum period of two hours, for children and young people with complex additional needs.

A Care and Support Worker will act as a 'buddy' for individuals to:

  • Access local activities
  • Go shopping
  • See a movie
  • Go for a meal
  • Access sports clubs
  • Any activity an individual wishes to access (with parents/carers blessing)

We also offer a PA service which can be purchased via your personal budget.

The visits are very flexible and can be from one hour upwards.
