We do a transition to new settings for example if they are going to school, we do a report for the school and also we attend a transition day with the child and schoolHow are you/staff trained in extra needs?

We have a complaints policy. Complaint can be made by: • Speaking to myself • Written complaints • Ring Ofsted about any concerns We try to deal with complaints by talking about it between ourselves. I would investigate the written complaint and try to resolve within the week. If done by Ofsted they would speak to me about it.
