Has accessed the recent Early Years Foundation Stage update for new changes to Ofsted requirements from September 2012.
Has recently renewed Safeguarding Training Level 2 and holds a current paediatric first aid certificate. I hold a Level 3 Certificate in Children and Young Peoples Workforce. I am a member of Oldham Professional Independent Childminders (OPIC). I attend training sessions that are provided by the local authority and also provided by OPIC.

All children in my care will be included. I risk assess before I go on any trips and if any additional equipment was required, I would discuss this with parents.How do you work with other organisations?

I have a settling in period with all new starters. They come to me for a few hours a week over the course of a few weeks so we both get to know one another.How are you/staff trained in extra needs?
I do not have any staff, however, I attend any training that is provided by Oldham Early Years and also I am a member of OPIC who also provide some training and have regular meetings to enable us to discuss any issues.What is your policy on compliments, complaints, concerns?
Any issues can be discussed with me initially. If this needs to be escalated further, this can be passed on to Ofsted. I can provided phone numbers and address for this.
