Will first carry out an assessment to get to know the child and parents and keep up to date in training to help support is correct. Will plan, observe and assess the child using assessment benchmark that is both the prime and specific areas of the EYFS.How do you involve parents/carers?

I work with external agencies by seeking advice and support, attend training to update knowledge and practice.How do you support children when they start and leave?
I support them by having taster session to help them settle in when moving settings I ensure they visit the new setting regularly to get familiar with the place and share pictures of both the places and the new practitioners.How are you/staff trained in extra needs?
Will attend SENCO training and keep up to date with the training will also take some online course to enhance practice.What is your policy on compliments, complaints, concerns?
