Description

Our after school club is registered with Ofsted to provide quality care for children aged 4—11years old, we offer cold/hot meals, we have an in-site chef that prepares our meals from fresh groceries considering all dietary requirements.

How do you identify special educational needs and disabilities?

When the child starts at the club, we observe them, carry out baseline assessments and identify the children’s strengths and any areas for development. If a child is performing below age related expectations the Manager/SENCO will discuss this with the parent. Further support strategies will be sought.
