We do a Baseline assessment, using as much information as we can obtain eg past learning journals and assessments from previous settings, then when the child leaves we do a Transition assessment to help the next setting assess the levels of ability the child is currently at.How are you/staff trained in extra needs?
Staff attend training courses including online courses and are also coached whilst in the setting.What is your policy on compliments, complaints, concerns?
