Every child within my setting will be expected to attend the groups we have planned. Every child will have the opportunity to join in with the activities of such groups should they wish too.How do you work with other organisations?
I would work with SEN Support Team to identify needs and any further help that we can assist with. Speech & Language if we feel this is required etc. Outside agencies can also help to support parents.How do you support children when they start and leave?
For children starting the setting, I offer settling in sessions so we can get to know each other prior to starting fully. When your child is leaving I can assist with helping your child to understand where their new setting is.How are you/staff trained in extra needs?

In the first instance, you would be required to discuss with me. I will investigate your complaint further and come back to you with an official response with actions to take should you not be happy with my response. Any compliment is always welcomed within the setting!
