Penderels Trust offers advice, guidance and practical solutions to enable people with disabilities to live independently in their own homes, to achieve their goals in life and help them to play an active part in their community.

We are a not-for-profit organisation and have been a leading provider of advice and guidance to people with disabilities and older people for over twenty years. We offer a number of services to support people make the most of their personal budget/direct payment, from advice and guidance when employing a personal assistant to money management and training.

We have always been committed to designing our services around the needs of the individual and we are constantly evolving these services (or developing new ones) based on the feedback of the people who use them.

We have packed our website full of advice, resources and tips to help make life easier. Please feel free to contact us at our Head Office in Coventry or at one of our local offices for further information and support.

We offer a full support planning and brokerage service - direct payments, including writing the support plan; set up of services; recruitment; ongoing management of direct payment and audit support.

We offer a full Payroll service, including auto enrolment.

We provide a managed account service, whether you are using an agency or employing staff.

We can do DBS checks.
