Play physio games and do treatment at the same time!

What is Playphysio?

It is a free app that you run on your smartphone. Your physiotherapist will set up your treatment routine and advise you how to complete each blow as normal using your OPEP device.

Playphysio can then keep a count of your blows, and physio sessions. It will even remind the player (patient!) when to change positions and when to do airway clearance exercises! Designed to be loads of fun, our games also encourage each ‘player’ to complete excellent and consistent respiratory physiotherapy.

The benefits are:

• Games make physiotherapy sessions fun.
• Players complete sessions with fewer arguments at home.
• Everyone feels that treatment sessions seem quicker.

Our Playphysio App keeps a record on your phone showing how treatment is going. You can also choose to share this information with doctors and physiotherapists.

Is it safe?

myPhysioPal is safe to use with your chest physiotherapy device provided that you:

• Keep using the chest physiotherapy device as instructed by your doctor or physiotherapist.

Contact by completing the online form 

• Follow the same physio routine as prescribed to you.
• Always use your chest physiotherapy device according to the manufacturers instructions.

We’re confident that you’ll find that physiotherapy becomes a fun activity at home. In fact, we’ve noticed that some children actually look forward to treatment, and they even choose to start a physiotherapy session!  We’re working hard to help children form ‘good habits’, by transforming boring daily treatment into a fun activity
