NHS Pennine Care learning disabilities services for adultts. We deliver person centred, high quality, health-focused support to enable you to develop, maintain or restore a valued life in the community. This is underpinned by the key principles of inclusion, rights, choice and independence. Our core aim is to provide you with a highly specialist assessment and intervention plan which meets your needs. This will focus on health risks, behaviour, communication and psychological needs.
