Pathways to Opportunities provides support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and chaotic lifestyles. We provide a quality service for adults aged 18 + within the borough of Oldham.
Person centred planning and reviews are something that will be done on a regular basis to ensure we maximise the full potential of the people we support.
We deliver a service that provides excellent support, choice, flexibility and opportunities for adults with disabilities and additional needs. Our aim is to support people to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
