Welcome to Dance Beatz! The innovative well being and dance program designed for all ages. With so many dance lessons to choose from Dance Beatz has created a syllabus that not only teaches dance and movement in a fun and engaging way but focuses on the benefits dance can bring to every age group. Dance is truly therapeutic.

Dance Beatz has specifically designed and structured our classes to suit each individual age group. Focusing on children's well being and how to use dance to uplift, inspire and create some positive vibes. Dance is a unique subject and the benefits dance brings to all ages is endless. Here at Dance Beatz we recognise that dance can enhance physical and mental well being, build confidence and self esteem whilst bringing out our creative side . Our classes tune into the emotional and physical skills and link in perfectly with the EYFS, KS1, KS2 and KS3. We use props such as shaking eggs, bells, pom poms and bubbles which all help to engage and stimulate the imagination. After every class we do a yoga stretch which helps to relax and center the children. We guarantee all our dancers will leave class with a smile on there face.

Dance Beatz is an all inclusive class and we aim to make dance accessible to everyone.
