Peeps is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those affected by H.I.E. (Hypoxic-Ischaemic Encephalopathy). H.I.E. is a lack of oxygen/blood flow to the brain of an infant usually around the time of birth but can happen in older children too. We offer emotional, practical and financial support.
