Young people are referred via a care co-ordinator and funding is required for the service on an hourly basis.

A community based service supporting children and young people who have a learning disability or are on the Autistic Spectrum to participate in mainstream activities with their peers.
Support is provided after school, at a weekend and in school holidays and also support is from peoples own homes, from school or college or they meet in the local community.
The team offers one to one support, small group support and weekends away.
The support is individually tailored to meet the needs of the young person.Families can self-refer if they have the funds to self-fund.
