As a Dual Driver licensed by Oldham Council you must declare all convictions, cautions, bind overs, fixed penalties (including motoring offences), and anti-social behaviour order that are not protected as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013).

Motoring convictions
If you are reporting a motoring conviction then you are required to share a DVLA check code.
This is available from:
- View or share your driving licence information - GOV.UK website
When completing the GOV.UK form you’ll need:
- your driving licence number
- your National Insurance number
- the postcode on your driving licence
