If you are unable to complete this application form online please email us on highways@oldham.gov.uk or call us on (0161 770 4325) for a registration form to be posted out.
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Be a Blue Badge Holder (this does not mean you are necessarily the driver) and have a Blue Badge valid for at least a year
- Not have use of an off street parking place
- Have a taxed and insured car registered at the Blue Badger Holder’s address
The applicant should be aware that any vehicle displaying a blue disabled badge can park in a disabled person's parking place.
Please note that if approved the parking space will be backed by a Traffic Regulation Order and any vehicle parked within the space, including your own vehicle, should display a blue disabled badge at all times.
If a badge is not displayed then it is likely that a Penalty Charge Notice will be issued.
