How it works
When the monthly traineeship is opened, you will receive an email with a link to the Traineeship page on the YourCouncilJobs website.
You will then be asked to complete an online application form.
If you are successful with your application form, you will be invited to an information session and an initial assessment, where you will hear about the different opportunities we have available that month and choose the ones you are interested in.
If you are successful at this initial assessment, you will then be invited to a formal interview with the managers.
